Multigate - Office & Production

Introducing our latest project five-storey office building with full integrated fit out of internal partitions, offices, meeting rooms, and amenities, multi-level car parking & landscape areas. The project also includes Multigate's Production Facility and warehouse offices, with internal finishes, and design & construction of ISO 7 & ISO 5 cleanrooms for medical device manufacturing. The SOW was a full internal clean which consist of Initial, Final & Sparkle clean.
